Driftwood Catering

Chef Amanda Cifaldi of Pomodori Italian Eatery and Pomodori Italian Takeout draws on her classic culinary training to provide delicious foods for catered events. Chef Amanda’s tastebuds were awakened and nurtured in her Grandma Capuzelli’s kitchen. She earned her culinary skills in Calabria, Italy. Her adventure as a restauranteur began in 2013 with Pomodori Italian Eatery on Hilton Head Island. It was an immediate, resounding success based on a simple recipe: great food, great wine, great company. Now, that same passion and deliciousness can be brought into your own home or on location.
